With Berry N Transit, when you earn your CDL, it’s fully yours to keep, provided you maintain renewals. Many other companies will train you but retain ownership of your commercial license for up to six months or even a year, often paying you below market rates. In fact, if you leave or are terminated before your contract ends, you could lose your license or endorsement.
